• I assist attorneys/executives/business owners reduce uncertainty, risk, time and costs (1) in litigation and disputes (pre-suit and pre-trial) by resolving matters through mediation and (2) in the negotiation or re-negotiation of transactions, leases and business contracts through facilitation – in particular, those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
• I bring extensive corporate, real estate, financial, business and legal experience to empower the parties to evaluate, negotiate and resolve their matters.

I’ve spent the majority of my professional career doing deals – and getting them DONE!! I’ve evaluated, negotiated and drafted agreements for clients and now use that experience as a neutral mediator to empower parties to resolve their matters. 

I’ve worked with senior management teams and professionals though all phases of corporate and real estate lifecycles – private capital raises; public offerings of debt and equity, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; post-merger operational integration; financings and re-financings; corporate enterprise restructurings; debt restructuring and bankruptcy; real estate acquisition, development and disposition.

My legal experience, at a large international law firm (Greenberg Traurig), and my business and legal experience as an in-house attorney (FriendFinder Networks Inc./Levitt & Sons/Bluegreen Corporation), provide me both legal and practical business insight.

Education: J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law; Bachelor in Business Administration (Accounting), cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin.
